Tip: Wells Fargo Hiring for Investment Banking
The bulge-bracket banks probably didn't see this one coming: Wells Fargo is climbing the league tables of investment banking fees and capturing more fee market share. Tip: JPMorgan Adds to Equity Capital Markets
JPMorgan rearranged its equity capital markets division for the Asia-Pacific region. It's moving over Jeff Zajkowski from New York to Hong Kong, where he will serve as head of equity capital markets for Asia-Pacific. Kester Ng and Doug Howland, who previously co-headed that position, will now report to Zajkowski. His appointment signals the bank's desire to allocate more senior resources to Asia-Pacific, an area that's been relatively immune to the eurozone crisis and one that's still considered an area of growth for many banks.
